The manufacturer transmits loads to suppliers, warehouses and third-party logistics providers (3PL).
The 3PL optimises capacity and shipments in real-time as loads are received
The 3PL provider ship loads to carriers and provides visibility to all stakeholders. The carrier provides shipment status at every stage to all stakeholders
LogChain maps the trade lanes required to move the shipment between parties, which can include:
- Manufacturer to Supplier
- Supplier to 3PL
- 3PL to Long-haul Carrier
- Long-haul Carrier to Warehouse
- Warehouse to Short-haul carrier
- Short-haul carrier to Consignee
The trade lane can be mapped to your precise requirements and customised as needed.
LogChain captures information as shipments move from the manufacturer through to destination, this can include:

- Batch numbers
